Bob looked in the mirror, he said, "Well, Bob, you're fired."
A few strands of hair had turned grey a few years ago. His face was stubble and his eyes bloodshot. Today was the day.
He's been the executive accountant for a small souvenir shop for more than a decade now. But the owners retired and sold the business and building. The new owners were taking a new direction and closing the business.
Bob spent the last week giving everyone their final checks and processing the closing.
As he walked home the few blocks away, he passed a magic shop and stopped in to see what they had. He's always loved magic as a kid.
The owner told him he might find something special in the back room.
As he descended the stairs, he noticed the room changing colors. When he got to the bottom, he found himself in a chamber, and the door behind him was gone.
A voice rang out from everywhere...
Are you ready to start a new journey?
Suddenly his body was filled with energy, and a screen popped up asking him which path he'd like to choose.
